Raphael Nicki Zumsteg
Raphael Nicki Zumsteg combines entrepreneurial judgement with experience in finance and capital markets. His background covers the structuring of corporate financings, company development and capitalisation, and the build-up of distribution and investor structures.
Working alongside companies, investors and family offices sharpened that into a single focus: preparing a financing project so that the business model, the capital requirement, the figures, the use of funds, the documentation and the communication remain consistent when assessed by professional providers of capital.
He leads mandates at the strategic level and takes entrepreneurs through the preparation personally. The questions reach well beyond a pitch deck. Which information is still missing? Where will a review raise objections? Which statements have to be supported by figures and documentation? And how well prepared is management for the moment a presentation becomes a demanding financing discussion?
His standard is a preparation in which the open points surface early and the entrepreneur knows what the process ahead will require. Strategic responsibility and central coordination within the mandate remain firmly with him.
